Prospective presenters should note that the cancellation of registration must be submitted within 2 weeks (September 03, 2017) after receiving the abstract assessment; otherwise they are obliged to pay the full registration fee.Registered presenters withdrawing from the conference are subject to removal from the program including the academic registration and the conference volume.
The registration fee is 195 €, which includes the participation in the academic programs, a conference volume, electronic copies of posters on display, refreshments, lunches and the satellite events scheduled for the first day of the conference, including dinner.
After having registered, all participants should send the completed and signed invoice request form in PDF format to the following email address (Subject: Account Request AM2017):

For company invoicing an authorised signature is required.
The invoice request form has to be sent no later than the date of the transfer (all of the participant is required).
The invoice with your billing information cannot be modified afterwards.
